No support from SamsungDo not buy this product if you need automatic backup because the software simply doesn't work. The machine looks beautiful and the hardware seems to work fine. I spent 2 days trying to make the software do automatic backups and it just doesn't work. I phoned Samsung and spoke to samsung people in Egypt, Italy and somewhere else.
